"The Ocean Breeze Lounge & Tapas Grille opened towards the end of 2009 and occupies the spot formerly held by Mulligan’s. It sits right on the waterfront of Boca Ciega Bay and allows folks to sit outside on the deck overlooking the sand and water or sit inside in their modern dining area, bar, and waiting area. This is not exactly Gulf front, but a dandy location regardless. You can even pull up in your boat at the dock. The menu here is quite upscale (check it on our menu link), and the seared ahi is said to be excellent. Looks like a nice enough place.........yah, and a Brunch is offered from 10 to 1 on Sundays.
